HOWTO Wiki Alternative DX7 and Blade Setup

This Setup is from Noguy also another RCUniverse guy, I believe this posting was on Helifreak's site though. Noah I hope you will update this as you make changes.

Ok here is where I am at. My bird is back togeather and now I am starting to dial in my settings. Now I have:

Swash mix: Ail +80% Ele +80% pit +40%

Travel adjust: thr-H 46% ail-L 100% gear +78% thr-L 100% ail-R 100% gear -78%

ele-D 100% rud-L 100% pit-H 100% ele-U 100% rud-R 100% pit-L 100%

subtrim has: gear=0; pit=L29 (i dont know why this servo was so far from center); thro=0; aile=L9; elev=u5; rudd=0

reversing is on for ch 2,3,4

auto d/r exp is off for all modes. I have AILE @ +5% EXP; ELEV @ +5% EXP; RUDD @ +15% EXP with 100% D/R on all 3.

The GYRO SENSE menu is out... Know Idea In the 'input select' menu I have gear=gear The travel adjust for the gear channel is +78% & -78% (this is just starting point for me for now. I have only hovered and have not had a chance to get out side with the heli. Havent even switched to rate mode yet) Everyone please post your settings for remote gyro gain. if you have any input there are many of us who would appriciate it.

In revo mixing I tried adding '20% R' to 'UP' in normal mode and this help the tail hold in punch outs but I am still tryin to dial it in. I added the same for stunt mode to 'UP' & 'DOWN'

The pitch curves are NORM:___STUNT1: L-47%____L-0% 1-52%____1-25% 2-56.5%____2-50% 3-75%____3-75% H-100%____H-100%

throttle curves are NORM:______STUNT1: L-0%________L-100% 1-28%_______1-83% 2-65.5%_______2-65.5% 3-84%_______3-83% H-100%______H-100%
