If you take apart the head of the cp2 you'll find 2 stepped washers...In the assebly drawing. The pink washer represents the stepped washer. The light blue washer represents the spacers. The dark blue are the bearings.

The stepped washer prevents any friction between the light blue spacer and the bearing..Thus eliminating any sticky pitch created by the centrifugal force created by a high headspeed.

This blown up illustration shows the correct order of parts in the assembly. It is essential that the smaller diameter of the stepped washers are positioned against the bearings.

It is not neccecary to have the stepped washers on the inner side of the bearing closest to main shaft, but i figure, might as well...So

With this order of assembly the sticky clollective issue will be eliminated.
