- Comment = They have lost my order twice, and lost my items in the shipment. I don't know whats going on with them today. I called twice, and they kept giving me the run around. They basically told me to just wait, it will get there. I waited about 23 days. I called them once last time and had to bless them out. They overnighted another part right away. At least they did that for me. The shipment was ground. So I think they could improve their customer support.

- Comment = I have purchased parts from BP Hobbies for quite a while, and have always had my order Fast, and Customer Service is also FAST. The only thing is they have a great selection of Heli parts and many other parts, but don't do much on Upgrade parts or accessories.

- Comment = These guys don't carry a huge line of Helicopter parts but they do carry the Esky line and have many parts that are popular replacements for Blades. Their shipping is amazingly fast and very affordable. I just made a purchase 2 hours ago and I've already received shipment confirmation. If they carry what I need, I will buy it here first every time. They are located in Florida so shipping time should be a lot faster for us in the Southeast.

- Comment = If you need some new batteries, this place is a really good place to get them, and they are really inexpensive ($33 bucks, as of march 2007, for two 1250mAh 3s 8C lipo's plus $5 shipping, compared to the $38 plus shipping 800mAh 3s stock lipo). The manufacture their own batteries, and are very knowledgable about what they sell, which IMPO, when it comes to RC sales, is a hard thing to find. They have a support forum over on RCU, and they will answer any questions you have. They have good guides about lipo's, balance ends, harnesses, and how to condition lipo packs for the first use. They also sell all sorts of balance ends, and adaptor cables, so you can make any compatible balancer, that just has the wrong end work. I ordered early Monday morning, and got it Wednesday with the mail. The only reason I give it a 4 on the product is because some of the batteries are a bit heavy for their mAh rating, although all of the C ratings on the battery run more on the conservative end, and you can often push higher C's than what they are rated for which might be some of the extra weight.
